Key terms
- SlabMaster Co. sells digital educational resources for pottery planning, slab building, studio organization, and related creative workflows.

- Questions about orders, access, or these terms should be sent to info@slabmasterco.shop.
This page is provided for clear customer information about SlabMaster Co. digital products. It is not legal advice. If you need a legal determination about your rights or obligations, consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
Agreement to these terms
By accessing the website, placing an order, downloading a product, or using SlabMaster Co. materials, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to any additional terms shown during checkout or on the relevant product page. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the products.
About SlabMaster Co. products
SlabMaster Co. provides digital pottery templates, guides, studio worksheets, audio lessons, and related educational materials. Unless clearly stated otherwise, products are delivered digitally and no physical product is shipped. Product descriptions, previews, images, and examples are provided to help customers understand what is included.
Digital delivery
Digital access is normally provided after successful payment through checkout, email, download links, account access, or another delivery method used by the store. Customers are responsible for entering an accurate email address and keeping access links private. If access does not arrive, contact info@slabmasterco.shop with proof of purchase.
License and permitted use
After purchase, SlabMaster Co. grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital materials for personal pottery projects, personal study, and internal studio planning. This license does not transfer ownership of the materials or intellectual property.
Restrictions on use
Customers may not resell, redistribute, publish, upload, share, sublicense, copy for resale, include in another paid product, give away as a lead magnet, or otherwise commercially exploit SlabMaster Co. files without written permission. Customers may not remove proprietary notices, claim the materials as their own, or use them in a way that misrepresents authorship or ownership.
Intellectual property
All product files, templates, guides, text, images, layouts, audio materials, branding, and related content are owned by SlabMaster Co. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, resale, or derivative commercial use is prohibited.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions before purchase, using compatible software or devices, maintaining access to the purchase email, downloading and storing files responsibly, following applicable safety practices when working with clay, tools, kilns, glazes, and studio equipment, and using the materials in a lawful manner.
Payment, pricing, and taxes
Prices are displayed at checkout and may change over time. Promotions, discounts, bundles, order bumps, and limited-time offers may be changed, added, or removed at SlabMaster Co.’s discretion. Taxes, currency conversion, bank fees, or payment provider charges may depend on customer location and payment method.
Order acceptance
An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and digital access is made available. SlabMaster Co. may refuse, cancel, or review an order if fraud, payment failure, pricing error, technical error, duplicate order abuse, policy abuse, or unauthorized use is suspected.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled according to the Refund Policy. Because products are digital and can be accessed immediately, refund eligibility may depend on timing, access history, the reason for the request, support records, and applicable consumer protection laws.
Educational nature of products
SlabMaster Co. products are educational and practical resources. They are designed to help customers plan and build pottery projects more clearly, but individual results vary based on materials, tools, clay body, skill level, firing conditions, studio setup, and personal execution. No specific artistic, technical, business, or financial result is guaranteed.
Product changes and updates
SlabMaster Co. may update, improve, replace, rename, bundle, remove, or discontinue products or bonuses over time. Lifetime update products, when purchased, apply according to the description shown at the time of purchase and do not guarantee every future unrelated product, service, format, or custom release.
Accounts, downloads, and access
Customers should download and store purchased files in a secure location. Access systems, links, or customer accounts may be modified for security, maintenance, provider changes, or operational reasons. SlabMaster Co. may request proof of purchase before reissuing access.
Third-party services
The website may use third-party checkout, payment, analytics, hosting, email, automation, and support services. SlabMaster Co. is not responsible for independent third-party websites, provider outages, payment provider rules, wallet provider policies, bank decisions, or external services outside its reasonable control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SlabMaster Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, studio errors, material waste, firing results, or business interruption arising from use of the website or products.
Indemnification
Customers agree to use SlabMaster Co. materials lawfully and responsibly. To the extent permitted by law, customers are responsible for claims, losses, or damages arising from unauthorized resale, redistribution, misuse of the materials, violation of these terms, or unsafe studio practices.
Changes to these terms
SlabMaster Co. may update these Terms and Conditions when products, checkout systems, legal requirements, or business practices change. The effective date shows when the current version was published. Continued use of the website or products after an update means the current version applies.
